Good workshop with fast and friendly service. Spare parts could be obtained immediately and were installed promptly.

Hello, I don't write reviews very often, but this is my concern. I only had to change the oil, but it should be done quickly because I had to drive to Austria for the next 2 days. Appointments were made quickly. To my great surprise, I was called that my TÜV had expired and whether Auto-Aktiv should take over it so that I would not have any problems in Austria.
Everything was taken care of and I just had to pick up my car and drive off.
I am enthusiastic about companies / employees who think and act!

I flushed the gearbox of my 535i last Monday. Everything great! Delivered in the morning, changed to a workshop trolley (which was free of charge except for petrol) and brought back in the afternoon. Gear now shifts buttery smoothly and the price was also okay -> perfect!
