The service and sales have unfortunately deteriorated. A shame and terrifying at the same time. The service has deteriorated and we are disappointed with the sedate and recently customer-unfriendly behavior. The service, sales, quality, price level and customer response needs to be improved. We are of the opinion that otherwise the company cannot survive.

I have let install a balcony lamp from the company Götzberger. She had to be milled into the wooden ceiling. The electrician arrived very punctually and has the lamp properly assembled. He even tidied up everything before he left. I'm very satisfied.

The store has a very strong cigarette smell. And very unfriendly customer service. I asked for electrical service for my house. I received a rude reply that they are not available. No suggestion for the next available date.
