We have to give Kiefer a bad testimonial for their absolutely unbelievable behavior in the area of ​​customer service. An employee of the company fixed the ceiling light in our laboratory in February of this year. When the entire lamp including the supply cable broke down about 6 weeks ago and the laboratory was devastated, we called Kiefer and asked for repairs as soon as possible. Fortunately, the approximately 1.5 m long lamp came down at night, if it had happened during the day while a person was in the room, this could have had dire consequences. We then repeatedly asked for immediate repairs by telephone for 14 days, but were then repeatedly harshly rejected and held off with the statement that no one was available. After 2 weeks we sent a registered letter to the boss, who until today (after a further 14 days) did not find it necessary to get in touch and get rid of the damage quickly and unbureaucratically. This behavior seems inconceivable to us for a service company today, from very unfriendly women on the phone to a boss who apparently doesn't care about the management and the external image of his company.
