Very nice kitchen studio. Nice ladies reception. Mr H. War was very nice and gave us tips and put our kitchen together very nicely. The other sellers could be nicer and say hello when you walk into the kitchen house.

Until I signed the purchase agreement for my new kitchen, everything went to my satisfaction. After that no more. Whenever I had a problem, I had to chase after customer service at Asmo - in the best case it was only a matter of weeks, in the worst case I didn't get any feedback for months. This always gave the impression that my process was simply forgotten and was only brought back from the depths of some filing when I asked. I also struggled to find kitchen builders who were willing to work with Asmo - some only hinted at it, others said it straight out: the customer service at Asmo is absolutely unreliable and you can't work with them. I now see it that way and can only advise anyone against buying a kitchen here.

I ordered a kitchen from ASMO, including dismantling the old kitchen and including plumbing and electrical connections. The delivery date was agreed for the end of January 2020. When dismantling the old kitchen, it turns out that the fitters are not authorized to carry out electricity and gas installations. A specialist company was quickly commissioned for the gas installations, and I was immediately billed. I did the electrical installation myself. The next day the new kitchen was delivered with numerous defects. Another 4 rework appointments from ASMO, until June, were not enough to finish the kitchen. I disassembled and installed the electrical systems three times. 3 months pass without any communication until I have given Hernn Kastl a deadline for completion. Until today, October 19, 2020, the kitchen is still afflicted with 3 defects. There was seldom communication, only on request. There were never any confessions. Now a legal dispute threatens because ASMO my retention is too high. To your answer: sockets did not have to be moved. I dismantled the cans in the kitchen cupboard myself on the first day, as ASMO was not able to do this. The reasons for the delay were incorrect measurements, incorrect planning, repeated incorrect deliveries and incorrect assembly. At the time of my review, I have already paid for 80% of the kitchen.

Very bad customer service. We bought our kitchen from Asmo 1.5 years ago and everything worked out very well. Now, 4 months ago I reported 7 defects in the kitchen. These have not yet been resolved. The employee responsible only calls back two days later after repeated requests. With statements like "I should just get an appraiser" because I am not believed that I am not responsible if the surface of the worktop comes off, you do not necessarily improve the overall picture. Addendum on 10/22 Response to the statement from ASMO kitchens: Dear Madam or Sir? Unfortunately, I still find your understanding of good customer service very disturbing. Not only do you reply to my complaint via Google (unfortunately, nobody from your company contacts me by phone or email), you also want to explain to me that the employee of your plate manufacturer can do a visual inspection of the worktop was able to create an expert opinion that confirms the quality of the covering according to the test standard?!? You can't be serious !!!! A rejection of my complaint in this way and with this reason I find it very strange and disagree. The fact that you "unfortunately" do not have your complaints processing workflow under control (meanwhile I have been waiting for the elimination of the undisputed complaints for 5 months) and you blame this on your suppliers does not really help me as a customer. Your so-called specialist advisor has not pointed out to us that the worktop he proposed does not withstand normal use and that we should rather use one made of granite. I can only advise everyone against buying a kitchen in your home!
