Very fast delivery (the next day). So far a complaint (wrong delivery of an item), which was handled very simply by the consultant. I had the right goods faster than I could send my (wrongly delivered) goods back. Top service!
I have only had good experiences with Kaut-Bullinger so far. The ordered goods were usually delivered the next day. The prices are just as good as the supposedly cheaper competition.

Never again!! As long as you bow everything down, the world is fine there. Sitting on very tall horses - from ADM to accounting. Pricing was usually very difficult. Therefore, I had made a bill reduction until the clarification. Even after 1.5 years, it was not possible to eliminate these inconsistencies. In order to avoid the facts, the customer account was abruptly blocked. And the accounting arguments spoke volumes. There are certainly other office supply stores that can do better.
