After a bad experience with a waterbed from another manufacturer, with constant back pain, I started looking for a new waterbed. After a long research, I decided on Aqua-Comfort. The promise that the mattresses will be made individually for each person has appealed to me. After making an appointment, we drove to Unterhaching. The advice was very friendly and competent. We had to indicate our height and weight and we were photographed. The bed was delivered in less than two months. Delivery and assembly went smoothly. The fitter was very professional and explained everything to us about the assembly and informed us about maintenance. The amount of water for each mattress was calculated beforehand using our data. I am very happy to have chosen an Aqua Comfort waterbed. I can sleep free from back pain again.
It was the first purchase of a water bed.
The seller on site was extremely nice, competent and helpful, really took the time to answer all questions.
Purchase without any problems, good customer service in the course of agreeing a delivery date on site.
Assembly at home by colleagues also completely problem-free.
Switching to a waterbed was no problem at all for us, slept great straight away, and back pain has not occurred so far. Allergy significantly better.

The advice was super nice, not intrusive and very competent. Since it was my first waterbed, I didn't really know what to look out for, but everything was shown to me and the differences explained. Except for the optics, I knew that beforehand already selected on the homepage.
As discussed, the bed arrived on the agreed delivery day and the fitter was on time and very, very nice.
Everything was explained to me in detail and I am 100% satisfied and would never buy another bed again.
I've never slept as well as now and I can only recommend it to everyone, even if you don't know what to do in a branch, you really feel at home there.

After our old waterbed was getting on in years, we were looking for a new one. We came across Aqua Comfort on the Internet. We asked for advice online and by phone and after a short time, due to the great and professional advice, decided on Aqua Comfort. We carried out the measurement at home, it was uncomplicated and very well described. The bed arrived on time for the specified date and the fitter was very friendly and set it up professionally and was able to give a well-explained answer to all of our questions. After a few weeks, my husband is no longer plagued with back pain. We would choose a waterbed from Aqua Comfort again. Highly recommended!
We became aware of Aqua Comfort through the Internet. After a telephone contact and an appointment, we were in the branch in Munich. We were welcomed very nicely. The seller, Mr. Kolb, was very friendly and by no means intrusive. He took a lot of time and showed us everything in detail. We were shown different models and we were able to test the different levels of calming. After this top consultation, we decided to buy a waterbed from Aqua Comfort. A few weeks after ordering, our waterbed was expertly set up by a very friendly employee. The fitter deserves great praise. We have our bed for almost a year now. Our back pain has definitely gotten better and it was the best decision to buy an Aqua Comfort waterbed. We can only recommend everyone to seek personal advice in a branch.
