Doctors top! Some medical assistants the last the care provided by the doctors is to be assessed as consistently positive. The behavior of the internists' assistants, however, is really underground. A really extreme example from many: Patients who are about to have an operation and ask for a referral are literally adamed that the ladies "don't know what to do either". What kind of answer is that ?! I myself have been in the executive secretariat for 20 years and can only say that I would have been dismissed immediately for such behavior. But you can do that with my mother, who is over 70 years old. I can only recommend older people to see other practices. As far as this is concerned, the MVZ does not deal properly with pensioners who are looking for help or are somewhat anxious. To the team at the internal medicine practice: You should be ashamed of yourself. From the bottom of my heart I wish you too will be treated as impudently and incompetently in old age, as you do in your practice with many a pensioner! From my heart...

The emergency consultation is great! No long waiting times. The doctors are all very nice and as far as the general medicine is concerned also competent.

Competent and friendly service for almost all medical matters of everyday life. Appointments are available quickly and waiting times are rare. Big plus: also on Saturday morning is office hours. During the week you can in the morning without an appointment to s.g. Acute consultation come. Here it can be ever, that depending on the rush a little patience is needed. Another highlight is the possibility to order follow-on prescriptions by telephone, which must be taken regularly. So far, I'm completely satisfied with the service. Recommended!
