My wife was in the emergency room because of a shoulder dislocation and the rupture of the greater tuberosity and then went to the trauma surgery and orthopedics department of Dr. Jacob and can only rate the entire stay as very positive. The 5 stars seem very naive, but there is nothing to complain about. The only thing would be that the kitchen is not a star kitchen, but you don't expect that, especially when you know what budget a hospital canteen has to struggle with. But no joke, the food was okay too! From the chief physician to the smallest nurse, everyone was very friendly, helpful and always concerned about my well-being! I was also treated extremely well from a medical point of view, and in consultation with my doctor I can confirm that the operation, the scar and the rest of the treatment went perfectly and first-class! I have also been to the Neuperlach hospital several times and, on the whole, have had very, very positive experiences. Sometimes it depends on the department or staff! So whoever is admitted here or has to go to a hospital has certainly made a very good choice with the Neuperlach hospital! Even in this difficult Corona time, people were not annoyed and good people were at the reception with caution and understanding when visitors entered!
