Very positive. My sister was given the best possible help here. All staff very courteous. Nursing staff tried very hard, all doctors take a lot of time and are top experts. Thanks to Dr. Maiwald and Dr. Buyar, been very intensive in the care. Praise to vascular surgery in Neuperlach. I myself was in a different house as a patient with varicose veins and can say that here all-round better medical care is offered and the human aspect has not been lost.

Not a big hospital and not so crowded. Nice rooms for 2 people with private bathroom. The treatment seems a bit cheerless and the way the doctors deal with us patients is flippant to unprofessional. My condition has improved only slightly after release. Caring good care especially the sister Anne-marie and sister Leyla care very and lovingly, thank you. Bistro on the ground floor is very inviting, delicious and reasonably priced.

My mother-in-law was at ward 53 in the vascular department for 3 weeks. It's amazing how badly she and her roommate were treated by some. On the one hand, there is no talk with the patients, there are sheets to be signed and then one says today is op, today is computed tomography, tomorrow the toe comes off. The patients do not understand what is happening to them. Dealing with patients and relatives leaves much to be desired. Especially the senior doctor Dr. Maiwald was against us from the beginning. First thought it would be an exception or bad day but then she once experienced in the room next to it as an elderly lady so shouted that if I had not already been the release of my mother in law the next day, she would have just taken. The nurses told me that this happens very often. In hindsight, my mother-in-law told me she was so touched by this woman every day. Very accommodating was a young doctor. Kirchhofer, who then took a lot of time for my questions and my mother-in-law and the entire course and the follow-up discussed in detail with me. I was very unhappy when I learned that associations as communicated instead of every 2 days and sometimes 5 days were not reconnected. Below that, liquid had collected with a hospital germ and the stay had lengthened. Just like you always hear in the news. The nurses are all nice. Some hardly understand German, but ultimately we have always been able to communicate. A little more help with food would be desirable in the future, that you can not spoon a soup lying flat in bed should be clear. The lunch is mediocre, but not as bad as in other hospitals. Beautiful is the view of the mountains from the patient rooms. There are 2-bed rooms and very spacious. Every day a physiotherapist comes to train the patients. Overall, I was rather disappointed by the stay there, even if the foot is healed again and this is the main thing.
