If you have the option to be treated somewhere else, please do not waste your time coming here. I was referred to this joke of a clinic by my doctor. My first impression wasn’t great as I could tell they were short staffed and unorganized, which proved later on as they didn’t put my date for the surgery in their schedule (after calling multiple times) almost causing a huge disaster. I should have went somewhere else at this point, but I really wanted to get this surgery over with. overall the doctors are pretty good, but most of staff are very unfriendly and don’t care about your needs. They just throw your meds and food at you. It’s clear that my comfort and satisfaction is not a priority and I’m just another number. But apparently this is Europe and that’s how it is (as told by the doctor). I don’t care if we are located on Mars, healthcare professionals do not treat patients like a burden no matter where you are. One woman was clearly upset that I ordered more food and gave a dirty look and huffed at me, like I am a prisoner in a jail cell and not a patient. Give your staff some service training as well as some basic English so they can help your non German patients.
