4h waiting. Unfriendly people. Incompetent doctors. Avoid at all cost. Anyway if you're sick it won't help here.

The clinic has very nice, hardworking staff. The nurses and carers in Ward 5a, House B, deserve special praise. They take care of the patients wholeheartedly. The anesthesiologist Ms. Bechtold is a real treasure trove for every patient. I was operated on over a weekend and I was really scared, but the anesthesiologist looked after me so amazingly. I am really very grateful for that. I think that I can generally praise the doctors, they all went out of their way and helped me a lot. Thank you for the great treatment. I haven't been to urology, but the review button doesn't work like it does in the other hospitals.

The hospital just seems badly organized. First a call that I had an appointment (which was only two days later). Then an attempt was made to postpone my surgery date, which had been fixed for weeks. When I came to my anesthesia appointment, I waited about 40 minutes and on the phone they said: “Yes, that's just the way it is!” Unfortunately, it is not the case. I will do the surgery somewhere else and God forbid, I will never enter this center of incompetence again. I got such a bad feeling that I just wanted to get away. Funnily enough, there are also many foreign names that complain here. Everyone can think of their part. Besides, they didn't even apologize. No wifi (welcome in 1980) and there seems to be a lack of money for them. I would recommend everyone to avoid this hospital and go to another one.

I have never allowed anything unfriendly and incompetent about hospital staff. And cheeky too, too. Dirty shop. If the performance is the same there, then cheers meal

Very bad services ... and also the bad treatment of some doctors who are racially motivated against foreigners.
