Not recommendable. Here is a blonde, probably Turkish, middle-aged lady who is extremely rude. She eats her groceries in front of you, speaks on the phone during the consultation and talks in a snappy manner, as if you were in a bazaar and not in a jewelry store. I've never experienced such bad advice.

Not recommended for selling jewelry. Very rude and untrained staff. Do not know the difference between gold / platinum and so-called "costume jewelry" for earrings. At the same time, the rating is very superficial and not tidy -> never again in this shop !!!!

Last year we brought a bracelet to my wife for repair and asked for a quote. The bracelet was sent to a goldsmith, from whom we got it back after two weeks with the information that he did not think it would be worth repairing - without any information about the costs. When we then asked for an estimate, the bracelet was sent to the goldsmith again and he estimated the repair costs to be € 120. Of course we did not agree to this and asked for the arm chain to be returned, which then took over 2 months (!!!). We had the armlet repaired by another goldsmith within a week for € 25 - and that in excellent quality. Our conclusion for MyGold in the Isarcenter is therefore quite negative: The estimated price of 120 € seems to us as usury / defense offer and the time until we got the bracelet back is more than inappropriate.
