Customer treatment very unfriendly, extremely long waiting times for clock repairs, no information about the status of the repair after 5 months. The clock will be picked up unrepaired.

What is service? I had recently lost a screw on the clasp of a metal watch strap. Yes, he would have to smoothly unscrew the other and then look it up. He would not have time for that. I would have to leave everything there and come back in two days. At another store that was a grab in the drawer and done in 5 min. And although I'm actually a customer here and only a few months ago, another watch for 300 euros have bought. Now I know that I do not have time to drive here for my next shopping ...

A very small jeweler and watchmaker's shop in the middle of Unterhaching. I have been there a few times because of my watch and have always received friendly help, regardless of whether it was about advice or just changing the watch's battery.
