went to their store in PEP Munich!directly greeted and welcome by Ms. Mokhtari. Unlike the other store in here you felt welcome and listen to your needs. She explained briefly what the store can offer from Material,Size, and price. After some days of thinking we finally agreed and decided to purchase it. We met Ms. Mokhtari again and she again help us with arrangement ,she even help us to get the express ring without eany additional charge. Overall the quality of the rings met our expecation and we are very happy with the service provided! We will coming back to this store in PEP

Service desert! The problems are not listened to. Instead, everything should be sent in, which should then take 4-6 weeks. Then went to a real watchmaker who repaired the movement in 10 minutes. Then the rate deviation was corrected. In this business I wasn't even really listened to, let alone even looked at the clockwork. Apparently the employees don't understand anything about watches. Too bad. They are not even able to change a band. Everything takes 4-6 weeks. Never again! You don't need to expect professional watch service here.

I bought a pearl bracelet as a gift that broke when I first wore it. Annoying enough in itself, the repair took another four weeks. Despite the appointment by telephone to pick up a repair, no one was on site (branch closed due to Corona). Nobody could be reached by phone. The next day the employee called me back and apologized very politely. We have agreed that I will get the purchase price refunded.

Was on a visit in Munich and couldn't miss the visit to Christ. Branch made a positive impression on me. Top branch management. Very understanding and competent. I can recommend it! Best regards from the east.
