Service desert! The problems are not listened to. Instead, everything should be sent in, which should then take 4-6 weeks. Then went to a real watchmaker who repaired the movement in 10 minutes. Then the rate deviation was corrected. In this business I wasn't even really listened to, let alone even looked at the clockwork. Apparently the employees don't understand anything about watches. Too bad. They are not even able to change a band. Everything takes 4-6 weeks. Never again! You don't need to expect professional watch service here.

Very friendly staff. Very courteous and polite. I would recommend it to everyone! Next time I'll go right back there.
