The manager Ms. Eck. is not helpful and tries to get rid of customer inquiries as much as possible.
Great location of the city library! Next to the Ramersdorf location - favorite place. You can find almost all media that have been borrowed or reserved elsewhere for months.
Selection ok, but the staff is so impolite and inattentive that words are at a loss.
