In the middle of the moderate consultation we would be left standing with the words "I'll be right back". Unfortunately the employee never came and we had to help ourselves. We then selected the wine using the most appealing label: - / At the checkout we would then be welcomed with "Which wine has it now become?" Obviously knowing that we had been waiting. The waiting time at the cash register was 10 minutes, even though there was only one customer in front of us. We took the service to let the two wine boxes with ribbons prettily (both Christmas presents). Terrible result. Apparently the other employee had never done anything like this before. Plucked everything down at home and repacked myself. We're not going here anymore.

How did the former VINO make me a regular customer? Not by the blue decoration that came with the Pieroth advertisement. No, I especially love the friendly people in this very well-stocked wine shop, who not only know their wines, but also remember the taste of their customers and therefore give good advice. This has also meant that, despite the new decoration, I am always happy to come to this shop to try, to profit from the good offers and to have a good conversation. Often you get in contact with like-minded people. Regardless of the very good offers is particularly noticeable that you can try (almost) everything here. - One reason why I now avoid a would-be competitor at the entrance of Ottobrunn. So: who wants to buy very good wines, very good advice in a friendly atmosphere, that is the gold of the former VINO! ... and has the chance to meet me there as a customer. 😇
