I placed a key order on July 4th, 2020 of this year and I'm still waiting for the key. I am constantly told on the phone that the order has not yet arrived. It can't be the case that you have to wait three months for a key. I'm getting fed up with it !!! I will ask for my money back. I can only advise you against this juice shop!

Preferably zero stars. I took my watch to the battery change and got it back broken. The dial was broken and unfortunately it didn't run either. Better think about it again before you want to have the battery changed there.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service and now I feel really crazy. I ordered (and paid for) a key case for my car key over 1.5 months ago, which supposedly should be in the store after 10 days. I now call there weekly. No employee can help me, the responsibility is constantly being shifted to other employees who are either absent or on vacation. Today I got the information that I couldn't even find an order under my order number. Another statement on the phone: I cannot get my money back either (at least 40 euros), since there is no order in the system (even though I can show the receipt and the order confirmation). Just annoying and annoying!

Bad quality, bad performance, not professional but high price. The dark-haired employee is extremely unfriendly, arrogant and, moreover, aggressive.
