Good service, after call it took a sunday not 15 minutes to get there. The door was opened in 20 minutes. The costs were really ok.
Very bad service and communication. Ordered wrong cylinder and does not exist. (guilt is always the customer, s.u.) After three months of bickering and switching on the property management unattractive compromise proposal.
Had locked me out of my own apartment.
There was no choice but to call the locksmith. When he arrived then I told him about my problem. He was not quite talkative all the time looked at me strangely and annoyed and had such a funny way in itself that made it difficult to communicate with him. After he then told me with an incomprehensible white then that he can solve my problem I asked him after Preiß. He gave me a price that was just unabashedly high. Unfortunately, I had to agree. He started work. It looked pretty unprofessional because he dumped his whole suitcase in front of me and everything lay on the floor. Anyway, that took some time until the door was unlocked again. I think he unfortunately does not know so much of his subject and social Competent he is not synonymous but what is worst that he is too expensive.
Not to be recommended at all!
Very unprofessional dealings with customers. Bad results / work are put on the customer.
