Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Our rooms were more like a furnished apartment than a hotel. Spacious, I loved the balcony. Our daughter really appreciated the canopy bed and heart shaped light in her room. Nit pick complaint, there were very few power outlets for charging devices, none in convenient locations accept by the dining table. We enjoyed being walking distance to the transit lines it made exploring the city very convenient.
Simple, clean, lovely nice place to spend a night. Loved it.
Unexpected no air conditioning. The quality is not match with price. Petite toilet with shower room. But it's clean n tidy.
Big, well equiped rooms with comfy beds, the whole hotel is clean and smells nice. Staff is friendly and smiling all the time, the breakfast is on point also with huge variety, they have plenty parking spots too. Was a pleasure staying there. 10/10

Cozy hotel, but no air conditioning in the rooms. So it is a little bit harder to stay in in the summer.
