I spent two weeks here last summer and really enjoyed it -it's excellent that it caters for long-term guests, the price is good and it is located next to a bus stop which can take you straight to the nearest U-Bahn Station (Neuperlach Süd). I am staying in Munich again this summer for a longer period and would like to book a room here once again.

Long-term accommodation in absolutely decent conditions, an opportunity for newcomers to the Munich area. Central location in Ottobrunn, very good connections to Munich by public transport. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. There are rooms with 2 beds or double bed, equipped with state-of-the-art TVs, wi-fi included, minibar. Each room has a private bathroom. Clean bed linen and towels are provided twice a month. There is a new, super-equipped kitchen for cooking, crockery and cutlery, a beginner's dining room and a terrace. The washing machine and coin dryer are located in a specially designed room. For car owners, there are several parking spaces. The owner is friendly and understanding.

We have been here for the second time and have felt very comfortable again! The service is great and the owners are very friendly and take care of everything. It is always quiet and we have everything we need. Thanks again for everything! If we could, we would also give 7 stars! We will certainly come back.

I was one of the first guests to spend my summer internship here from June to September, as the location is ideal (15 min bike / bus to Ludwig-Bölkow-Campus [Airbus] and Siemens; 30 min public transport to Marienplatz) Some of the rooms have not yet been renovated (remodeling work is in progress, but you don't notice much of it if you work during the day), even if they are still good and spotless apart from a few signs of use. Most of the rooms are already equipped with modern flat screens, as well as mini-fridges and storage space + cupboard. WiFi is provided and has a good speed (couldn't run long tests because the floor repeaters were still being installed). There is also a communal kitchen with a large fridge + freezer compartment, but the landlord will renew this in mid-September 2018. The landlord is extremely communicative and helpful, so planning my stay couldn't have been easier. Always happy!
