Quite fine place to enjoy your drinks
Very bad experience 😠 too far from anywhere interesting or public transportation. Dingy, empty and scary at times. No staff on site, only unfriendly people who look like they are annoyed you dare set foot on their terf. Booked for three nights only stayed one, lost my money for the other two 😠

Sufficient as a craft shop and for Oktoberfest visitors.
The walls in the rooms could be painted again, and some hair could be removed from the freshly made beds / towels ... 😷 Shared shower is OK. Toilets for Oktoberfest are borderline regarding ..🤢
Completely fair in terms of price.
However, the hotel has NO PARKING AND PARKING IS FORBIDDEN EVERYWHERE on the streets in the area ... 😠
Bus stop is nearby and underground Neu Perlach Süd can be reached by bus.
