A small, family-run business with friendly hosts. The room was simply furnished and clean with WIFI and television and very reasonably priced. The local area was pleasant. It's a short walk to local shops, restaurants, cafes, the local train station and bus stops. I would happily stay here again when next in Munich.

Was thrown out because I came at half past eight and wanted to see the room before paying.
You have to say that I had booked two weeks in advance and got offered a different category at check in.
