Would absolutely give this place 0 stars if possible. Worst experience all around. Raw pizzas, incorrect toppings, disgusting potatoes and corn, olives that taste of dish soap, gnocchi that taste only of salt.. the list goes on. Out of 8 people that ordered not one was happy with their meal and that's just the food. After waiting over 2 hours for our order we called the restaurant 4 times and were told each time that our food was 'on it's way' and would be '10 minutes' and were even hung up on once. All without ever asking what our order was or for an order reference number. As a last resort we asked for a contract number for the delivery driver and were given a fake number. Could not warn against ordering here more. Honestly the worst food experience I, and 7 others, have ever had. Horrible horrible horrible!!! If I could write a list of the 5 worst things to do in Munich ordering from Pizza Optimal would be all 5. Could find a better meal and service from your closest dumpster!!

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER ORDER HERE!!!!!! If only I could leave a zero star review. The food from this restaurant is among some of the worse I have ever seen or tasted! There were undercooked calzones, pizzas with toppings that weren't listed on the menu, gnocchi that tasted like metal and salt, pasta that was bland, chips that were oily, potatoes that looked like vomit. Not only was the food disgusting, we waited OVER THREE HOURS to receive our food! We contacted the restaurant three times. Each time we were told that the food was ten minutes away, despite them not checking our order details. On the last call we were given a fake number to contact the delivery driver. This is by far the most disappointing meal I have ever eaten. If you are ever in Munich AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from this restaurant. The food came 2 hours after the delivery time indicated on the app. The staff on the phone kept promising it was 'ten minutes away', even before getting the order number to check, so it was clear they were lying. The gnocchi I ordered did not come with the sauce listed, which was a tomato sauce. Instead it came out looking like packet gnocchi smothered in Kraft Mac and Cheese sauce and tasted of nothing but salt. Would give zero stars if possible, never eat here. Horrible.
