The woman was holding the card terminal in her hand instead of just placing it down for customers to swipe or insert their cards. I told her I will swipe my card myself. She insisted that I give her my card. I told her it’s my card I will swipe it. She then started to make snide comments. I spoke to the manager who was equally- for the lack of the word- ignorant. I explained to him that for security reasons, I choose to swipe my card and the card terminal should have been on the counter so customers can swipe their pwn cards themselves. The manager they have been swiping numerous customers’ cards without a problem. Apparently, he believes they are right. Zero customer service skills.

I actually always buy in life and now again in Pep (in Life everything is always freshly cut, in Pep a lot is already pre-cut) Unfortunately I had an extremely unmotivated seller, the film for the sausage was much too small and everything was packed tightly together . I bought three things for twelve euros and totally annoyed. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home otherwise I would have said something to Inge's booklet!

Today shortly after the branch opened, i. bought two slices of meat loaf to bake. One disc has a significantly different color on both sides than the second - it is probably older. I shop there more often because the sausage actually tastes very good. Only if you go shopping early in the morning does it happen regularly that individual slices show color differences (not only with Leberkäse, but also e.g. with liver pate). The sausage products are already pre-cut and the different colored slices are almost never on top, so that they are not visible to the customer, you only notice it at home. I once approached a saleswoman about it, and was approached very unkindly. Perhaps it would be better to wait until the afternoon, then the questionable discs must have already been sold elsewhere.

My favorite butcher, the range is large and there are specialties that I don't like to go without. Service and friendly staff are a matter of course here. Have been shopping there for many years now, thank you everyone
