We had our move done by Umzüge Braun. The price was totally okay, if you want to move cheaply you should do it yourself or hire friends. But if you want to move quickly and without back pain, you have to pay for the service you have ordered. Nothing broke and the furniture was also treated carefully. My next move will be made by Mr. Braun and his team that is already certain.

THESE THREE STARS are ONLY for the 2 TOP employees and the nice secretary. After damage, our furniture had to be relocated. The staff were excellent. Fast and well done and very friendly. I would have them both move at any time. Unfortunately, two cupboards without doors were then brought back. These were apparently accidentally disposed of when the boss came to help. After everything went so smoothly, we just wanted to reorder the doors. Unfortunately it didn't exist anymore. So call Braun Removals. Boss was very friendly and helpful at first. But didn't come a day later as announced to "look at" the cupboards. Instead there was a snappy email with the comment "if the doors are gone, there will probably be a reason". Incomprehensible. Oh yes, it was agreed that the employee would come to pick up the doorless cupboards and dispose of them. Again we asked for a proposed solution. Nobody came. Unfortunately, despite the great staff, anyone who deals with a problem like this cannot be recommended. Moving Braun is actually too expensive for that.

Top moving company! Friendly, committed employees, relocation is handled professionally, reliably and on time. I have hired Braun for private and corporate removals several times and can recommend the company without reservation.

A friend told me about UMZÜGE BRAUN. Then I had a move WITH COMPLETE MOBILIAR (!!!) from Munich (maisonette, 5th floor) to the USA by this company. Everything went very smoothly, the BRAUN team was polite, friendly, quick and competent. After my return, the COMPLETE MOBILIAR was stored at BRAUN for months ... then my move to BRAUN's new home was carried out. I give this fabulous company and its boss 5 stars! *****
