Maybe the worst product to install, incomplete delivered and manual isn’t very clear. If you want to spend a day and still you are not satisfied than you know it is rubbish.
So i just threw it away. Money down the drain
I have ordered and received a custom-made fly screen for the winter garden. Unfortunately, one screw element was defective and caused the tension cords to tear. After complaining, I was easily guaranteed a replacement for the defective parts. This then reached us with shipping damage. Samrtmaxx was also able to resolve this problem by replacing the fly screen again.
So far we are very satisfied with the insect protection.
The contact and the service makes a very good impression.
That's just great.
I had measured myself and cut a profile too short.
It wasn't a problem to get a new one.

Goods make a proper impression (insect protection door - via Lidl) - service, if you should call it that - but apparently not available, over several days by phone. Nobody answered, nobody responds to emails and business hours are not adhered to (band announcement at 12:45 p.m. - despite GZ to 2:00 p.m. - unprofessional!)
