The company probably doesn't have to accept smaller orders. At first you act in a friendly manner and make a promise, but if you then ask after a few weeks when you can expect a delivery, you are turned away unfriendly and arrogantly: You don't have time for such a small thing, you should inquire elsewhere. This is how you imagine customer orientation: Not advised !!

Craftsmen do their job very satisfactorily and are very nice. Appointments and general communication with the office or boss are rather difficult, which is why a star deduction. A plus for all ladies and of course gentlemen is that one of the craftsmen "Ragnar" from Vikings looks similar 😏
