Absolutely unprofessional behavior. First we had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment to view our damaged balcony before a viewing took place.
The employee opened the damaged tiles on the balcony and agreed to renovate the balcony, a corresponding offer should be made within 3 weeks. After another 5 (!) Weeks we still had no offer. In response to our polite request as to when we could expect an offer to renovate the balcony, we got a call from a very grumpy employee who told us that they were not doing this type of balcony renovation. And that after a total of 8 weeks of waiting ... The Mergler company has abused our trust, lacks any entrepreneurial responsibility towards the customer and should question its internal processes. First the acceptance, then the rejection ... it doesn't get any more unprofessional or less customer friendly, even the employee on the phone confessed that “this is not okay”! But it doesn't help us either. In the event that our balcony has suffered further damage due to the lost weeks, we reserve the right to take legal action ...
I am more than satisfied, the work was quick and clean. All employees as well as the managing director Mr. Mergler were very friendly and reliable. The prices are also very fair. I can only recommend the company, gladly again! Thanks for the great work!
Top plumbing and roofing, friendly competent people, young team, great atmosphere, I can fully recommend it
Roof inspection and repair. Workers were friendly. After that, much more hours were billed for how the work was actually done. I don't like to get this company anymore.
