+ modern furnishings + large selection of fitness equipment and courses + nice staff + expert therapists + very good transport connections (bus and train can be reached in 30 seconds) A big compliment to the whole team. I was warmly welcomed by the reception, the therapists, the management and all other employees I got to know. There is a very friendly and family atmosphere. Everyone is helpful and even if the customers / patients are sometimes unfriendly or depressed because the ideas are different or the success does not start immediately, attempts are made to address the problem and get the disagreements under control together. So far I have never seen anyone who left the PhysioFitness Munich unhappy at the end of the day. I can also confirm this picture by talking to patients. If I personally ever get into such a situation, God forbid, then this would be my first point of contact and would also recommend it without hesitation.

Both the reception and the boss floor are unfriendly in their customer contact. You don't feel a bit welcome. The therapy hours are very limited in time, so that the will to profit is clearly in the foreground. I go to Heimeranplatz ...

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. But most importantly the therapists are very competent.

By telephone UNREICHbarbar !!! Impossible! Well then I have my 3 massage vouchers to pick where else! Do not even try to look elsewhere. Wonder how such a big institution can be so organizationally incompetent ??! You urgently need an organization training as well as competent receptionists. Lazy pack honest.

Therapists are really great and a lot of clue .... Reception and office planning is very unfriendly .. unfortunately.
