Got a last minute appointment for a hairstyle for Oktoberfest. It happened to be the owner that did my hair. Lovely girl, very smiley and polite. And she got exactly what I wanted to do. Everybody was commenting on my hair that evening :)

When I made an appointment by phone, I asked for the price. From 18 euros on the phone, 27 euros was deducted from my son, who was there alone. Not like that and definitely not again!

I am super happy there. Since the change of ownership the atmosphere is finally pleasant, the girls do their job absolutely professionally and when the renovation is finished and the shop is open again, I'll try the die right away. And that attention is paid to distance and hygiene measures is reassuring and currently no other way. See you very soon, hopefully, my approach is looking forward to color 😁

The store is weird. During the specified opening times, nobody answers the phone for hours. If it does, it sounds like a private number where the child screams in the background. Professional looks different. Men's cut only by appointment - also absolutely unusual.

Beware of fraud! After ordering and paying for extensions made from real hair from an allegedly renowned brand, synthetic hair extensions were actually attached. This quickly became noticeable and almost ruined and matted my hair (see photo). At first the owner showed her understanding and offered a compensation. But when I was there, she suddenly no longer stood by your word and denied everything. Here, inferior goods were knowingly and deliberately processed overpriced and also brazenly lied. This cost me unnecessary money and, above all, my nerves. Under no circumstances can I recommend this hair salon.
