It was really nice experience to register to rent the storage room. Frau Lehmann was very friendly and Professional. 👍 she was very patient, and showed me lots of options.

Good service. Easy to place things into and out of the storage room, with parking place to bring things by car. Easy to arrange a contract by phone, without the need to physically go there in the first place. Affordable. I liked it a lot and have used multiple times.

There's only so much you can say about a storage room, but the customer service here is excellent. The ladies in reception were incredibly helpful from the "move in" to the storage room, all the way through to leaving. They were friendly and efficient in every interaction I had with them. The rooms are clean and the building is very secure. Access hours with your own personal code are excellent, too. If you are in need of extra storage, I highly recommend this office.
