Taxi Deisenhofen

All in all, very disappointing. Not recommended and not very customer oriented. We were traveling with our baby. The first ride was on time and the tip was generous. The return trip was ordered immediately and confirmed by Mrs. Förg also orally. It was agreed to call about 20 minutes before (from the S-Bahn). We have done this several times. Unfortunately, Jenny Förg was not available by phone and did not call back. That was very disappointing. Because it was a cold autumn evening and we had our baby with us. And so we stood there, as ordered and not picked up. Even when we called her two days later to ask what was going on and if everything was fine with Mrs. Förg (it can always happen something unexpected), the reaction was rather repellent. A pity, because we would have used the chauffeur service more often. This leaves a disappointed and thus lost customer behind.
