So I have to say such a cheek has never happened to me I book a trip to Italy for myself and my children before Covid-19 for not a little money because I really had to save longer and than it would have been so far for the vacation was then travel ban so I talked to you, and the journey would rebook then you said yes ok it was eh entry ban they get their money back then I said I do not want my money I will rebook the trip they said yes we send them a message that never arrived after months of waiting, today I contacted you again and was horrified that they said I cannot rebook and I won't get my money again. The cancellation costs are 95% of my complete I made money, the sad thing was that I couldn't get my money back or rebook it, but my children broke this bad news I have to promise that the holiday will not work again for 3 years, I promise my children to go on vacation very, very disappointing
