Can only recommend the practice. Have only been there once so far (luckily) but everyone is very nice and professional. We were informed about everything and everything was discussed. We also always got an update when new laboratory results were available and Dr. Reball even took a short time on Saturdays, even though she had an online training session at the time. We feel that we are in very good hands and hope that we will not have to come back after the next check-up, but it is always good to know that someone is there for emergencies.

Due to an emergency on Christmas Day I had to visit Ms. Dr Reball with my budgie. A very nice and above all competent vet. I felt very comfortable. She even called later later and asked how my Welli is doing, which I loved. Anytime you get an appointment, I would go again ...

The staff is always friendly and you can tell immediately that the welfare of the animals comes first. The doctors explain in a way that is easy to understand, even for laypeople, why they want to carry out which examinations and always ask for more expensive examinations and give a good estimate. So far we have been there with a budgie and bearded dragon. You just notice that you are dealing with specialists. Before that, we had already visited some "normal" vets with our budgies, but they never examined the animals more than palpated them and listened to them like a telephone receiver in order to finally prescribe broadband antibiotics for them without any correct results. In this practice, however, we always feel that we are taken seriously and that we are well advised. The animals are treated like living beings, not like interchangeable accessories that can be used to make good money. The treatment prices tended to be higher than in other veterinary practices, but that is understandable when you consider that an actual examination takes place here. We will never see another vet again. Special praise goes to Doctor Fischer.

Corona measures: Only one person is allowed into the practice, disinfectant is available, communication and information by mobile phone, extremely professional ... Look good and recommended! Extremely knowledgeable, very nice and competent. Fight for every bird .. is always there for your patients ... just great ... many, many thanks to the whole practice for their commitment !!
