Worst nail salon ever. Very rude staff - the woman who made the nails cut me with the sanding machine into the nail bed, so it bled for 5 minutes. By the way, she did not apologize for that. In the end, she still asked 40 euros for this sloppy work, and I was able to negotiate a discount. Overall, I strongly advise against this "salon" !! 😒 (Speaking of: Could I give 0 stars here, I would do it)

Was about 4 months every 4 weeks for nail design here and satisfied. Wanted to treat my nails once a rest break, remove the gel lacquer and make manicure. The gel was removed so deeply that the nail surface was severely damaged, my nails are now constantly breaking, buttery and the red flesh shimmers through. The manicure was done very sloppy. Was then 2 days later again there to show my nails. It was then applied a thin protective gel and it was told me that's normal. This is now 4 weeks ago. Since then I am in a nail salon, which is now trying to repair the damage. It will take another 2 months for the nails to recover completely.
