Coffee is very good, the staff is friendly and I love going there. One of the main reasons I went there is that they offered the recup system, so i was able to grab my coffee and enjoy it on a bench near by. Sometimes they even trusted me with the porcelain cups, without any deposit. Since a couple of weeks they decided they no longer offer any reusable cups, because they don't want to touch anything coming from customers. Except for money. This makes no sense to me. I am really trying to support local business in the time of the pandemic, but I won't do it if it means I have to cause useless trash.
My favorite coffee place in Erlangen. A great variety of coffee beans, an even bigger variety of coffee drinks, fashionable and less popular. Good cakes and small sweets (brownies, amarettini, cookies, pralines) are available as well. Polite and welcoming service mostly.
I'll be here at Erlangen for a week. Definitely I don't need try another place for a coffee and a biscuit. Love it!
Great coffee and worth a small detour. Check the hours as they close somewhat early.
