Sehr langsam!!! We waited 40 min to pick up the car. If you are in a hurry, it is the worst car rental company ever!!!
Although I rented the car through their online service, payed full in advance, they called me the morning i was supposed to get the car that they don't have any car to rent me. Asked for a solution and got the response that there is none
I´m just satisfied with this Avis branch. Thumbs up!
Helpful and good english
Stay away from this place. An absolutely humiliating experience. They do not deserve any stars. The guy at the check-in desk, is outright racist. He demanded a passport with a valid visa, although this requirement is not stated anywhere. Nowhere else has this been requested, ever. Who carries their foreign passport on them all the time? He asked for it despite me having a valid GERMAN license and refused to give me the vehicle. AVIS should seriously think about improving their customer service, or risk losing their business to the near-by Europcar and Sixt.
