Very simple office to rent a car. Staff was very cooperative and explain the contract details very well. Although limited number of cars are available.

I had horrible experience, they took 250 Euro as deposit and didn't gave it back. called them twice emailed them twice had a response as i'm impatient person and that's after 2 months. Also the booked car wasn't available so they gave me other car and took another 100 from that booked yet unavailable car for no reason. Horrible place, bad customer support or non at all. If i could give them negative rate it would be - infinitiv.

I had a very pleasant experience with Europcar Erlangen. The staff were super friendly. Everything from booking, picking up the car and returning it, went perfectly well and very smoothly. Highly recommended!

The service on site was mostly good and the car was fine. However, after extending the rental for 1 additional day, they ended up charging me almost 3 times the price I originally paid, for that extra day, without any notice. If an extra day costs more, that should be clearly communicated to the clients beforehand.
