I had a very good experience with Car glass at the branch. As I am new car owner, and it happened that front windshield glass is damaged and had to replace it with my insurance. They are very explanative, good patience as I am not perfect Deutsch speaker. Workmanship is the best i seen. I demaned for the BMW OEM glass, and they were ready to cancel my appointment(no cost) and gave me BMW logo OEM glass. I'm satisfied.
They were smilingly answered my silly questions also. Thanks to Andre. He is very friendly and taken care of all things.
I have had very good experiences with the branch in Erlangen. The staff are very friendly, helpful, competent and experts for windows, wipers and accounting for insurance companies. The hygiene concept with the disinfection of all contact surfaces is just as good as everything else. Only the accessibility via a Germany-wide hotline, which is also very competent and calls back quickly, is aweng annoying. The telephone number of the branch should be sent to the customer with the order confirmation or when making an appointment to enable short-term communication. It goes without saying that employees should work in peace and quiet in the workshop, but when headsets and hands-free functions are in use, this should still be possible for emergencies and for customers with appointments. Nevertheless. Top uncomplicated service with options from rental cars to rental bikes, which I find awesome in a cycling metropolis like Erlangen.

Been there today, saw a "rock fall" wrong, still got top service and excellent advice and competent like I have never seen before. I would go there again anytime.
