timin and booking is acceptable. They did more than what I wanted without telling me and charged me a lot more. Their service is extremely expensive. The only star is given as they treat you in a polite way. I don't recommend it and will not go there again. I wanted them to call me on my phone and tell me the expenses and when the car will be ready. They didn't call me in any case. not satisfied ever. They lied on the service fee also when I asked what is included and what if I don't want part of the service. Don't GO THERE or you will REGRET.

The underbody cover looked out on my vehicle. So I drove to the workshop and got an appointment. Then when the day finally came I was told on the phone that part of the underbody cover had broken off and it was my own fault. Because I'm supposed to be set up somewhere and it doesn't guarantee something like that. So I went and got an estimate. The workshop said that the complete bumper had to be removed and the entire underbody cover had to be replaced, which would cost around € 450. I've only had the car for 2 days. I was not satisfied with the accusation that sat down somewhere. So I went to another Mercedes workshop and wanted to hear a second opinion. The new friendly workshop picked up the car without an appointment and looked at the damage directly with me. The technician there said that it had not broken off. And there were no signs either. That I was put up somewhere. He couldn't explain how the underbody cover was deformed. Apparently the cover has been deformed by heat or whatever. And not canceled as this workshop claims. The new workshop said that the part costs 20 € and working time 30 minutes. And they contact the seller from whom I bought it, that he takes over the costs. And they take care of everything. If necessary, it would take over the guarantee itself. And the bumper did not have to be removed for this. The piece of cover could just be unscrewed and screwed on again. Conclusion: absolute cheek that this workshop only the customers want to rip off. That was my first visit and also the last time. I don't usually write Google reviews. But what I experienced here is just sad. Perhaps you shouldn't pull money out of people's pockets, but be honest with customers. This workshop would then be recommended. I cannot say that with this workshop. Unfortunately ...
