Why am I on my way to your shop on a drizzly day like today? Because I don't want to order everything online :-) I want to consciously shop in brick-and-mortar retail! The variety of shops should be preserved and especially the jobs! So with this good intention I started walking today. Unfortunately, another disillusioning experience. During the consultation, the phone rings and the shop assistant (very strong accent) has nothing better to do than walk up and run away. The telephone is more important than the customer who is there and WANTS TO SPEND MONEY. Unfortunately, you don't let him ... Dear seller, do YOU ​​want to be treated like this ??? And once again you are encouraged to order online. There you are spared at least such underground experiences. People, don't complain that online trading takes everything away from you. Think WHY customers leave the shop in a hurry and may never come back. In any case, the desire has passed me properly.

I bought a complete face care product here (washing gel, tonic, cream and eye make-up remover). At the beginning I found the advice quite good and was thrilled. But when I used the make-up remover, I noticed that it tore out my eyelashes, left a lot of crumbs on my face and still didn't remove my mascara, although I also held the cotton pad on my eye and 10 min. have been waiting. Before I made the purchase, I specifically asked whether you could also use this make-up remover for Konvensionelle mascara because I am not convinced by the natural cosmetics mascara. Here I was told that I will certainly get it, unfortunately it was not. For facial care, I used the products and I noticed again and again that I got red spots after removing my make-up / cleaning. I exchanged the make-up remover mentioned above and asked, they said that it was normal and my skin had to get used to the products and that it was not a problem. And surely it can't be due to their products, since it's natural cosmetics. This lady knew, but not that many people react more to natural cosmetics (rash) than other care products that are made with chemical agents. Then I asked a friend who is a specialist and who also studied this and she said it was a rash. I wanted to exchange the care products but they refused to exchange them. Conclusion: - poor customer advice - expensive - rude staff - no recommendation I wouldn't give a star if I couldn't! I would not go shopping here again!
