Fixed a broken TAE socket in 15 minutes. Only appointment took longer. My uncle who since December 31. no longer had a phone. Is content.

Washing machine bought on site. The advice in the shop was good and also the handling with delivery without problems. It would have been nice if the fitter had taken the dripping tap seriously. All in all, good service.

How to turn a customer into a non-customer. Perhaps the Schröpf company is a good partner for pure electrical installation work. Certainly not for bell systems. For a software setting that I could have carried out myself with telephone support, Schröpf sends an employee who does exactly what I could have done. No, actually the employee didn't do it, just stood next to me and told me what to do. Schröpf charges a high double-digit amount for this "service". Service for an existing customer looks different. And by the way: the bell system is now defective. Another company receives the order for the repair. Just like the other electrical work we have to do.
