This is my first ever review. My experience was so bad at this place that I feel like I have to let others know. First off, I must say that I didn't end up spending money there so technically I'm not a customer. Secondly although I'm Canadian, I'm of Chinese background, it's a fact worth mentioning because I can't help but have a slight feeling that my bad experience had something to do with my ethnicity. I received a rearview mirror dashcam from my parents from Canada and inquired about having it installed. Emailed them, a Mr. Maric replied and told me the price and that I should make an appointment. Just to make sure that they could do it I went there with my son to physically have them have a look. I can only assume Mr. Maric himself greeted us, not the most customer friendly way though I'm used to it in Germany by now. He then asked me yeah so what is it that you have. I showed him and told him the rubber bands which wraps the camera around the rearview mirror are too short thinking that as a professional shop they might have something that would work, to which he cleverly replies, and so where would I get something like that? And then he starts to tell me accusingly that I didn't say in my email that it's got a rear camera too and that it's not a dashcam but a rear camera so it would cost not 89 euros for the installation in the email but over 200 euros. Honestly I would have paid the 200 just to have the damn thing installed. But I simply said thank you and walked away. I understand that in Germany the service culture is different than Canada, but I do believe that people should at least have the decency to treat others, let alone prospective customers, with respect, without regards to their appearance and their language. It's such a shame, because it looked like they actually have some cool audio equipment which I would have loved to have put in my car. If you are the masochistic type who appreciates rude service, then it's definitely the place for you. But then again, looking at the other reviews, I suppose if you walk in there with a wad of cash or look like you will be a big spender you shouldn't have a problem.

It was recommended to me that a display was installed in the Mazda 6, with DAB radio and roof antenna. Fast, quick and clean processing. I am completely satisfied, very nice and friendly. Thank you u again
