Ms. Binöder is very friendly on the phone, even if it was not possible to make a timely appointment due to the order situation. Why doesn't this friendliness apply to your mechanic (gray hair, glasses)? The mechanic's work was very limited, which is why I carried out improvements myself. Why so listless? Too bad.

Unfortunately, even 10 weeks after confirmation of the order and 3 calls on my part, the company was unable to arrange an assembly appointment with me, which should take place after 2-3 weeks. Unreliable company!
