The staff was very friendly, competent and patient. We were not feeling pushed to make a quick decision. Shop was not crowded, but continuously new customers came in during our visit. A good location if you are looking for a new mattress.

The gentleman here doesn't speak English and we are yet to learn Deutsche, however he is very patient, polite and helpful. The store is well maintained and has a wide variety of mattresses catering to your budget requirements. They also do home delivery for free of charge(not sure if it's only for double bed and above). Highly recommend this place.

The item was reserved for me on request by phone. Shopping is really fun there! The saleswoman, Ms. Lunz, takes time to advise customers, is very personable and competent.
