That was the last time we bought anything in this shop ... we bought a ring there about 2 years ago (€ 500). This is now broken for the third time. I brought back to the store every time to have it fixed. When I asked how it could be that this ring has broken for the third time (I wear it in normal everyday life for an office job), the answer came: it is sensitive and I should have it made in white gold, then it breaks not so fast - it will be Christmas soon. Uh, why is such a ring even sold there? I find the statement alone outrageous. And now I've also been billed € 30 for the repair - for a ring that doesn't seem to be of good quality, but cost good money and was sold to me anyway. We will NEVER go to this store again. That's what I call rip-offs and no service, etc.
unfriendly boss who has absolutely no mind.
Although the boss here still takes care of everything alone, it went quickly and without problems. Clean and meticulous work that was carried out almost perfectionist !! My girlfriend loves it and does not want anything else since then.
