The search for a new bed and, above all, the right mattress was a sensitive and lengthy subject for us. At Dörfler's recommendation from friends we finally gained confidence in the advice of Ms. Konrad. Very positive that we were able to extensively test the different types of mattresses, including those from Treca and Schramm, in comparison. The exhibition is unexpectedly large. We would not have thought what subtle differences there are and how you can feel them. Ms. Konrad explained everything to us in a very understandable way. Now we not only have a wonderful bed (B&B Italia) but wake up on the new mattresses (Divina von Schramm) more rested than ever. So: fantastically good!

Mr. Dörfler is humanly a Champions League! As a business partner and person, Mr. Dörfler is probably the best that can happen to a company. As a support company, we have worked together with Mr. Dörfler for the past few years and Mr. Dörfler has shown both competence and understanding of various situations, which is extremely important in business. A huge recommendation for any type of collaboration.

Our consultant in another furniture store recommended us to Dörfler when we were looking for comprehensive lighting planning and a ceiling lighting system that would suit our rooms. Unfortunately, we had neglected to pay attention to this when building the house and our property developer had only planned standard equipment for the installation. So the conditions here were admittedly quite unfavorable and our ideas were demanding. Carsten Dörfler then took on our challenge with great interest. After an intensive preliminary discussion, he developed a tailor-made lighting concept for us and was able to demonstrate all the lights and the ceiling system proposed for us in the very extensive exhibition. Technically and in terms of design, this was so convincing for us that we decided to commission the solution for the living and dining room, kitchen, hallway and study. The budget that we set ourselves for this was not even exhausted. Mr. Dörfler had taken a lot of small things into consideration on his own initiative, which always inspired us when we noticed them afterwards without them having been discussed beforehand. So we fully relied on him. And that trust was rewarded. Carsten Dörfler was there himself during the installation (at least a whole day with 3 fitters). The team worked extremely cleanly and accurately. The rails were positioned using laser technology. In order to be able to switch and dim different lighting circuits with just one ceiling outlet, Mr. Dörfler conjured up Bluetooth modules in the feed. The programming, coupling with the smartphone and instruction for us were also handled by Mr. Dörfler personally. All lights were precisely aligned and the lighting mood was composed exactly as Mr. Dörfler had thought about for us. It was incredible for us to experience what good light can do in a room. After all, we had lived here for a long time and now had the feeling of living in new rooms. Due to the positive experience, we have now also given the further furnishing planning in the hands of Mr. Dörfler and are pleased that the same level of know-how, extraordinary design ideas and extreme reliability is continued here. Finally, a great experience: By accidentally inserting the wrong light source in our old dining table lamp, one day we destroyed such a Bluetooth module. Already the next morning we had a replacement from Dörfler and got this from the boss personally and integrated it into the programming. Let's call that service! Thank you for everything!
