Great advice and planning, very fast delivery and still competitive prices. We bought our kitchen in 2013 and are now rescheduling it for the new house because we are so happy and want to take it with us. Again, everything was great. Many thanks to our contact person Christian Simon!

The advice and the kitchen itself are very nice. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired! Our dishwasher had rusty wagons after four years of use. For Sokol can not do anything, already clear, but even after repeated contact attempt by mail, personally and by phone, we have received no helpful information and are still there with the rusty baskets there. A shame!

Since you just feel in good hands and advise. Unfortunately, it is not self-evident that one can build a relationship of trust in kitchen studios. Here you have the feeling to work together on the project "new kitchen". Let's see if the further processing happens just as professionally. Interim status: perfect advice until the conclusion of the contract. If it works with the implementation ... so much the better. ;-) Update: The implementation of the installation of the kitchen is tough, very tough. The original date was postponed by four weeks because of internal errors and supplier delays, but only after the old kitchen was outside. This indicates a lack of coordination within the company Sokol. Meanwhile, we have the beginning of October and in the kitchen still some elements are missing. Actually a reason to be annoyed. There will have to be a more intense conversation. Update: early November and the kitchen is still not finished. The things that are complete have very good quality. Nevertheless, we are now two months (!) Above the original date. That is not how it works. Update: late November and still not ready. Three project engineers were on the test three weeks ago, and the remaining parts were to be installed promptly. But it is not. Where is the hidden camera ?! ;-) Update: 9.12. The kitchen is ready! Quality is right! Pictures follow after the end of the painting work. In addition, we had a pleasant, open, honest conversation with Dieter Sokol. We discussed all the problems from our view and found a solution. Conclusion: Can I recommend Küchen-Sokol? Yes, the result fits. No taking into account the problems encountered. However, it is much easier to eliminate these problems, as if to improve quality (which is clearly true). So "dear Sokols", eliminates the vulnerabilities, then the recommendation is unrestricted! ;-)
