Unfriendly and completely incompetent. I strongly advise against this business. We have an Almimö kitchen from this shop. The telescopic rails of a "pharmacist" kitchen cabinet broke. After 5 (!) Months waiting for a reply to the repair, I was in the shop today and bring the defective telescopic rails with me. The owner (?) Claims there are no more telescopic slides and the manufacturer no longer exists. I reply that telescopic slides are bought-in parts that are available from wholesalers as mass control rooms and that there would be reasonably suitable telescopic slides guaranteed. No, I had no idea that there is no more. I go to a wholesaler's website on my smartphone and prove the opposite in the shop. The old, gray-haired owner's reaction to this is. "This is the Internet - I'm a specialist shop - I don't buy anything on the Internet". The further discussion was unpleasant as it was characterized by complete incompetence and absolute customer unfriendliness in the business. I drove 1km further to a long-established carpenter and told him about my problem. He takes the wholesaler's catalog, opens it, immediately finds the precisely fitting telescopic slide ... has ordered it and installs it over the next few days. Nobody needs a kitchen studio like "Am Berg"!
